Air Canada/UNITED begins Trans-Atlantic codesharing
UNITED and Air Canada has launched Trans-Atlantic codesharing service. UNITED’s “UA” code is appearing on Air Canada’s European service out of Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. Air Canada’s “AC” code appears on selected UNITED’s Trans-Atlantic service as well as the Middle East.

airberlin expands Israel service
airberlin in the Summer 2010 season will begin service expansion to Israel, with the launch of 2 new routes, and increasing capacity on Berlin Tegel – Tel Aviv.
From 28MAR10 and 29MAR10 respectively, it’ll launch 3 weekly each of Cologne – Tel Aviv and Munich – Tel Aviv. Out of Berlin, frequency increase from 2 to 3 weekly. Wide-body Airbus A330-200 is also scheduled to operate Tel Aviv service in total 4 times a week.

EVA Air from 10FEB10 will begin codesharing on US Airways’ Domestic service. Codeshare routes and flight numbers as follows, note selected flights operates on certain periods only. Note this codeshare supersedes previous agreement inherited from America West.
ANA delays “Inspiration of Japan” new product inaugural
