China Airlines suspend Seattle/Houston in 2008 ?
China Airlines’ schedule to Seattle & Houston is currently not loaded in the reservation system for 29MAR08.
Whether this indicates the 3 weekly service is in jeopardy is unknown as it is still showing available on the airlines’ website.

UNITED switch to 777 on LA-Tokyo
UNITED will operate 777 instead of 747-400 on Los Angeles – Tokyo route eff 07JAN08.

Spain/Mauritius signs new bilateral deal
Spain and Mauritius recently signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of air bilateral deal.
This includes:
- 3 weekly flights by the end 2008
- Daily flights by January 2012
- By January 2009, 1 weekly flight to be operated by via Nairobi, and increase to 2 weekly by the end of 2009
- Two countries will also be able to operate freighter service via 3rd country
