THAI replace nonstop LA flight with Osaka stop
THAI from 26OCT08 will resurrect the 1-stop Bangkok – Osaka – Los Angeles service with Boeing 777-200ER.
The airline until September will reduce nonstop Los Angeles service to 5 weekly from Daily and will be replaced with the 1-stop service from the launch of 2008/09 winter schedule.
The 777-200ER will be configured in J30Y262

China Airlines reduce LA/SF flight
China Airlines will be reducing frequencies on selected flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco
Taipei – Los Angeles
Reducrion from 14 to 13 weekly from 01JUL08 to 15SEP08. Day 3 service on CI006/005 will not be operating
Taipei – San Francisco
Reduction from 7 to 6 weekly from 22JUL08 to 15SEP08. Day 2 service out of Taipei will not be operating
Emirates A380 to NY now from August
Emirates from 01AUG08 will inaugurate Airbus A380 super jumbo service on the Dubai – New York JFK route. This will be the airlines’ 1st A380 commercial service. Original planned date was 01OCT08.
On 01AUG08 and 03AUG08 it’ll be operating as extra flights:
EK3801 DXB1100 – 1645JFK 380
EK3802 JFK2100 – 1745+1DXB 380
From 08AUG08, A380 will be operating as EK201/202 on Day 567.
