Air New Zealand plans double daily to Tokyo
Air New Zealand is planning to operate double daily Auckland – Tokyo with Boeing 787-9 by 2012. The 787-9 will have 266 seats.
From 2010, the airline is looking at Boeing 777-300ER to operate this route.

Skymark cuts 633 flights in Summer
Due to crew training issues and shortages, Skymark Airlines is cancelling up 633 flights for the summer, covers June, July and August.
The airline will not be operating seasonal Kobe – Okinawa route this summer, as a result. The airline is hoping to operate normal schedules in September.
