Emirates postpone LA/SF launch by 30 days
Due to galley installation issues, which results into delays of new Boeing 777 deliveries, Emirates has postponed the launch of Dubai – Los Angeles from 01SEP08 to 01OCT08 and Dubai – San Francisco from 26OCT08 to 20NOV08.
QATAR Airways is also facing similar issues.

nwa NORTHWEST AIRLINES today announced the suspension and cancellation of 3 European routes.
The Minneapolis – Paris CDG flight will be suspended for the winter timetable, effective 01OCT08. It’ll resume the flight on 28MAR09
Starting 01OCT08, it’ll be cancelling Hartford – Amsterdam and Detroit – Dusseldorf
All 3 routes also carries KLM’s flight number

Southwest unveils 2008 fall adjustments
Southwest Airlines has unveiled its 2008 Fall schedule adjustments. In total it’ll cut 31 flights on selected markets. However, the capacity remains flat as it’ll be compensated by 40 new flights.
