EVA Air Vietnam cancellations
EVA Air is reducing selected service to Vietnam for the winter 08/09 period.
Daily service on the Taipei – Hanoi route from 16OCT08 is being reduced to 5 weekly (Day x14)
On the Taipei – Ho Chi Minh route, BR395/396 flight between 13OCT08 and 10NOV08, as well as 01MAR09 to 28MAR09, will only operate 3 weekly flights instead of 4. Day 1 is not operating. BR391/392 continues Daily flight.
EVA operation changes to Sendai
Effective 17NOV08, EVA Air’s 5 weekly (Day x36) Taipei – Sendai service is being reduced to 2 weekly (Day 47).
With the frequency reduction, the airline says it will operate A330-200 instead of MD90 to compensate the capacity loss
