AEROFLOT keeps Toronto flight in Summer 09
As per AEROFLOT’s inventory on 06FEB09, it has opened the ticket sales for Moscow – Toronto route for the 2009 Summer season once again.
Early last month, the airline has stopped the ticket sales from 29MAR09, which was thought the airline to be cancelling this service starting that date. However, it appears to have been postponed and the airline is suspending service starting the launch of 2009/10 Winter timetable

Saudi Arabian Airlines is rolling out new 2-class and 3-class cabins on its 777 fleet.
The new 3-class (First / Business / Guest Class) on the 777-200ER, is coded as “77L“
The new 2-class (First / Guest Class) on the 777-200ER, is coded as “77W“
It is unknown why Saudia choose 77L and 77W to identify the new cabins

QATAR has phased in Boeing 777-200LR aircraft on the Doha – Jeddah route. Operational schedule currently shows until 28MAR09.
QATAR 777-200LR to Delhi
QATAR Airways has introduced Boeing 777-200LR service on the Doha – Delhi route.
Original plan called for 777 service starting 30MAR09. However, the aircraft is currently in service. Flight operates Daily, except on 08FEB09 and 15FEB09, which is scheduled to be operated by A330-300

Vladivostok Air drops Bangkok; modifies Seoul sked
Vladivostok Air on 15FEB09 operates last service to Bangkok.
Its routing is Vladivostok – Seoul – Bangkok (XF737/738) with A320, 3 times a week.
With the cancellation of latter segment, Vladivostok – Seoul portion remains 3 weekly with new flight numbers (XF743/744) and revised schedule

As per 06FEB09 inventory display, Singapore Airlines’ seasonal 5th Daily Singapore – Shanghai, SQ832/835, is on sale once again. Service operates during Summer timetable only
Kenya changes on Dubai route
As per 06FEB09 Amadeus timetable display, Kenya Airways in the 2009 Summer schedule is increasing Nairobi – Dubai route from current 9 weekly to 12 weekly.
KQ312/313, which currently operates 3 weekly (Day 467) with 737-800, will increase to 5 weekly (Day x23) with 767-300
KQ310/311 increases from 6 weekly (Day x3 from NBO) to Daily. Aircraft remains 767-300
Emirates postpone A380 to Rome by 1 month
As per Emirates’ inventory display on 06FEB09, planned 01DEC08 launch of Emirates A380 operation on the Dubai – Rome route, has been postponed. The new date is now set for 01JAN10.
For the winter schedule operation to Rome is the following:
