THAI on 28MAR09 is to end all of its operation at Bangkok Don Mueang airport. All THAI operating domestic flight will be moving to Suvarnabhumi from 29MAR09

KLM 777-300ER to Nairobi
KLM has introduced Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the Amsterdam – Nairobi route, as per 26FEB09 GDS timetable display.
777-300ER operates on Day 57 from Amsterdam till 28MAR09
THAI keeps Daily Nagoya in Summer 09
THAI in Summer 09 timetable season will maintain Daily Bangkok – Nagoya service. Planned increase to 9 weekly has been shelved
EVA Air reduce Ho Chi Minh flight
From 29MAR09, EVA Air is reducing Taipei – Ho Chi Minh service from 11 to 10 weekly.
BR395/396, currently operates on Day 1246, will see Day 1 service cancelled from that date due to aircraft utilization
SIA 09 Summer Hong Kong operation
As per 26FEB09 GDS timetable and availability display, Singapore Airlines has updated its operation on the Singapore – Hong Kong route for the 09 Summer season.
Service operates 5 daily.
SQ860/863, 777-300 operates until 17MAY09, then switched to 18MAY09.
By that date, SIA operates 4 Daily with 777-200 and 1 Daily 777-300ER, which continues to San Francisco
SIA Maldives reduction from Jun 09
As per GDS timetable and availability update on 26FEB09, Singapore Airlines is reducing Singapore – Male (Maldives) service from Daily to 5 weekly (Day x23) starting 02JUN09.
Originally the press release says it would begin reduce the flight from May
QATAR 5th weekly to Tunis
From 01OCT09, QATAR is adding 5th weekly service on the Doha – Tunis route with A330-200. The new flight operates on Day 1. (overall is Day x26)

Emirates 777-300 to Tunis and Tripoli
As per GDS timetable display on 26FEB09, Emirates is operating Boeing 777-300 aircraft to Tunis and Tripoli starting 29MAR09. Service currently operates with 777-200.
However, as both destinations receives dedicated turn-around flight from 01AUG09, service will be operated by A330-200 from that date.

ASIANA Daily to New York from Jun 09 & 777 service
As per 26FEB09 GDS availability display, ASIANA AIRLINES will increase Seoul – New York 4 weekly service to Daily from 01JUN09, coinciding with the introduction of 3-class Boeing 777 on this route.
Boeing 747-400 operates on Day x136 and 777 operates on Day 136. Ticket is now on sale

In addition to the cancellation of Boston – Ft. Lauderdale service, DELTA is also cancelling Boston – Ft. Myers from 01MAY09.
Air Jamaica ends Miami route nearly 40 years of service
Air Jamaica yesterday (25FEB09) ended its operation in Miami.
It would’ve been celebrating 40 years of operation next month, but the airline has implemented a new measure to combat current financial difficulties, which includes suspending Miami service along with 5 other destinations.
