JAL 09 Summer 747 Euro charters
JAL has announced it’ll be operating 13 European charter service for Japan Travel Bureau (JTB) for Summer 2009.
Service is operated by Boeing 747-400, which seats between 356 to 372
Riga will be operated for the first time ever. Service to Prague/Budapest sees new service from Fukuoka and Sapporo for the first time.

Finnair Final MD11 Passenger Service set March 2010
As per GDS timetable display on 10APR09, Finnair’s last MD11 service is planned for Helsinki – Bangkok route, on 28FEB10 on AY089/090.
AY090 departs Bangkok on 01MAR10. In fact, according to the airlines’ planned Winter 09/10 schedule, the only MD11 route is Bangkok.

EVA Air changes to Newark operation
Due to the continuing observance of the volcanic activities in Alaska, EVA Air this week has adjusted its Taipei – Newark service.
Eastbound flight remains nonstop. Westbound service, which temporary makes technical stop in Seattle instead of Anchorage, is now operating nonstop as well.
