HK Express changes to Shanghai

As per 23APR09 GDS timetable display, Hong Kong Express’ planned 2nd daily Hong Kong – Shanghai is to be begin from 03MAY09, but will only operates 3 times a week.

Overall frequency is 10 weekly instead of planned 14.
