LOT launch charter division
LOT Polish Airlines has launched charter division, called LOT Charters on 01JUN09. This appears to be the -relaunch after it transferred most its charter service to now-defunct subsidiary Centralwings.
LOT chaters is operated by 6 737-400 and will also includes a Boeing 767. This Boeing 767 allows the airline to operate long-haul service to popular destinations in Thailand, Mexico as well as the Caribbean
MALEV cancel 5 routes in W 09/10
MALEV starting 25OCT09 will be suspending the following destinations:
Dublin
Geneva
Ljubljana
Podgorica
Venice
A number of routes will also see frequency reductions
Sudan Airways to Kassala and Asmara
Sudan Airways since 27MAY09 launched 2 weekly service on the Khartoum – Kassala (Sudan) - Asmara (Eritrea) route.
