AIRFRANCE / China Eastern expands codesharing
AIRFRANCE and China Eastern since 15JUN09 has expanded their codeshare deal which covers domestic service in China and France.

AIRFRANCE / China Southern expands codeshare deal
AIRFRANCE on 17AUG09 launched expanded codeshare deal with China Southern. The expanded deal sees 3 new codeshare routes each beyond Guangzhou and Paris CDG.
Codeshare route as follows:
DELTA 757-200ER Trans-Atlantic to SF and LA
DELTA has announced it will be introducing BusinessElite service on its New York JFK – Los Angeles and New York JFK – San Francisco route from September 2009. (Latter route still sees 737-800 operating in Sep/Oct but will change to 757 from 25OCT09)
This means all service will be operated by Boeing 757-200ER Trans-Atlantic (75E), instead of 757-200 Domestic (757). With the introduction of BusinessElite, it’ll only offer 16 seats instead of 24-26 First Class seats.
Kenya increase Paris service and re-scheduling
As per GDS timetable display on 26AUG09, Kenya Airways is to increase service on the Nairobi – Paris CDG route from 4 to 5 weekly from 25OCT09.
In addition, 2 of the 5 weekly service is departing Nairobi during daytime hours.
