As per GDS timetable display on 17SEP09, AEROFLOT is changing the inaugural route for its First Airbus A330-300, due to arrive in October 2009.
The 1st A330-300 is to enter service on the Moscow – Vladivostok route from 25OCT09 to 29NOV09, on SU719/720.
From 30NOV09, it’ll then switch to Moscow – Beijing which originally planned for 25OCT09 inaugural.

Beijing Airport closure on 01OCT09
Due to the Celebratory events for 60 years of Independence for People’s Republic of China, Beijing Airport will be closed to commercial air traffic on 01OCT09, between 0930 and 1230LT.
Air China service operating during these hours are being cancelled. Some flights operating between 0900 and 1000hrs, is being re-scheduled to 1 hour earlier.
Other airlines also see some changes, mainly cancellation or re-scheduling between 0930 and 1230LT.
DELTA/Olympic Air applies codesharing
DELTA and Olympic Air on 16SEP09 issued an application for codesharing.
The new Olympic Air will display its “OA” code on DELTA’s Trans-Atlantic service and domestic US, as well as between US and Canada. DELTA in returns codeshare on Olympic Air’s Domestic Greece and to Cyprus.
