AIRFRANCE Increase San Francisco in Summer 10
AIRFRANCE from 22JUN10 to 04SEP10 is increasing Paris CDG – San Francisco service from 7 to 10 weekly. Additional flights to be operated by Airbus A340-300. This is AIRFRANCE-KLM’s Group major increase to San Francisco, which KLM is operating Boeing 777-300ER on selected days in Summer 2010 schedule.

Air Canada from 12JAN10 to 28FEB10 is increasing Vancouver – Seoul route back to Daily service. The flight currently operates 5 times a week.
China Eastern applies new Laos routes
China Eastern on 01DEC09 applied following service with the CAAC. Service to be operated by Boeing 737 or 767 or CRJ, 1 Daily each.

Beijing – Kunming – Vientiane (this route appears to be extension as it already operates the latter segment)
Hainan Air applies Shanghai – Europe routes
Hainan Airlines on 01DEC09 applied 2 International routes out of Shanghai with the CAAC. It plans to launch following service with Airbus A330:

1 Daily Shanghai – Vienna from April 2010
US Airways cancels Phoenix – Toronto
US Airways is canceling its 1 Daily Phoenix – Toronto service.
Last flight operates on 27FEB10 from Phoenix, 28FEB10 from Toronto.
Safi Airways A340 service from Feb 2010
As per 02DEC09 GDS timetable display, Afghan private carrier Safi Airways is to introduce Airbus A340-300 aircraft on its 3 weekly Kabul – Frankfurt service, starting 12FEB10.

DELTA on 02JAN10 is operating Boeing 777-200ER aircraft on the Atlanta – London Gatwick service (London departure the following day).
This is the one-time only Boeing 777 service.
China Southern postpone Samarkand launch to Jan 10
China Southern once again postponed the launch of Urumqi – Samarkand service in Uzbekistan.
The latest launch date is now scheduled 05JAN10, instead of 01DEC09.
