JAL Additional Winter 2009 Reductions
JAL has announced latest round of International reductions, which currently effective for 2009/10 Winter season only (till 27MAR10). Reductions in frequencies is affecting New York JFK, Sao Paulo and Shanghai. A number of routes also sees further aircraft downsizing.

Singapore Airlines from 11DEC09 to 03JAN10 is operate 323-seater Boeing 777-200A instead of 285-seater -200ER, on Singapore – Taipei SQ879/878 service. The 777-200A is configured J30Y293, compared to -200ER’s J30Y255.
Air Mauritius S10 changes to Hong Kong
As per 07DEC09 GDS timetable display, Air Mauritius is adjusting its service on the Mauritius – Hong Kong route from 26MAR10. 3rd weekly frequency, to be introduced from 12FEB10, is being maintained in Northern Summer 2010 season. The adjustment sees Mauritius departure on Day 247, instead of Day 357.

airTran/Skywest partnership launched
airTran on 04DEC09 launched new partnership service with Skywest, which is to operate 6 routes out of Milwaukee. It has already launched Pittsburgh and St. Louis, and from 05JAN10 to Akron/Canton and Indianapolis. From 11FEB10, it’ll begin service to Des Moines and Omaha.
