Finnair FINAL MD11 scheduled service

Finnair today (22FEB10) operates FINAL MD11 scheduled service. The MD11 is operating as AY022 Delhi to Helsinki. 277 on board the airline’s final MD11 flight, as per airline FLIFO. (260 on board AY021 Helsinki to Delhi 21FEB10)

The MD11 left the gate at 1041LT, took off at 1102LT for Helsinki.

The oneWorld carrier was the first MD11 operator which entered service in Dec 1990 (per ATWOnline report), up to 7 in service.  With the retirement, KLM becomes the only operator to operate MD11 SCHEDULED passenger service.
