Virgin Atlantic A330 to Chicago from Jul 2011
Per 26JUL10 timetable display in Sabre, Virgin Atlantic plans to operate Airbus A330-300 aircraft on London Heathrow – Chicago service from 01JUL11, replacing A340-300.
The A330-300 operating on this route is featuring Upper Class, Premium Economy and Economy. Additional information on seating configuration will be made available later this week or next week as the airline information display is available for the next 331 days.
So far, this is to be the First Airbus A330-300 aircraft based in Heathrow.
Korean Air to Irkutsk from late-Aug 2010
Korean Air from 22AUG10 to 28OCT10 is operating 2 weekly Seoul Incheon – Irkutsk service with 737-800. In the past, the Skyteam carrier operates this route as charter service for a short time only.
Irkutsk is Korean Air’s 4th destination in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg and Vladivostok)

DELTA reduce & cancel Los Angeles focus city market routes
DELTA once again will be canceling Los Angeles – Hartford, where it is to operate last flight on 30SEP10, after 3 months of service resumption (posted on 24MAR10).
From 19AUG10, 6 weekly service reduced to 3, then suspended from 01OCT10. On Los Angeles – Columbus OH and Los Angeles – Raleigh route, which also announced for service resumption (see above link) of daily service, also reduce to 3 weekly.
