why from this airport and not TPE?
TSA is located in downtown Taipei. Launching service to Haneda saves probably up to 60-80 minutes of travel time
TSA-HND flight would probably save 3 hours for trip between downtown Taipei and Tokyo, comparing to take TPE-NRT flight. I was expecting a departure time around 7PM from Haneda, which would be perfect for business travellers, though.
CI and BR supposed to operate 2 Daily flights each as well. But so far CI only loaded 1
