Air Niugini operational changes to Cairns
As per 30AUG10 GDS timetable display, Air Niugini from 31AUG10 is adding 10th weekly service on Port Moresby – Cairns route. New frequency operates on Tuesdays (Wednesdays from Cairns).
Also, 2 of the 10 weekly flights is switching from Fokker 100 to Dash8-Q400.

Air Niugini increase Tokyo Narita capacity
As per 30AUG10 GDS timetable display, Air Niugini has increased capacity on Tokyo Narita service from 28AUG10. Saturdays service, originally operated by Boeing 757, is now operated by Boeing 767-300ER.
As a result, the airline now operates 2 weekly 767 service on Port Moresby – Tokyo Narita route.
Air China cancels Ekaterinburg flight from Nov 2010
As per GDS inventory display, Air China appears to be canceling Beijing – Ekaterinburg 2 weekly service in Winter 2010 season, starting 01NOV10.
The 2 weekly service is being Zero’d out in the availability/inventory display.
Norwegian launch Oslo Torp – Alicante from Nov 2010
Norwegian from 06NOV10 launches 1 weekly Oslo Torp – Alicante service with Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Service operates on Saturdays.

British Airways expands American Airlines Codeshare in Mexico
British Airways from 01OCT10 expands codeshare operation with American Airlines to Mexico. In addition to current codeshare service to Cancun, BA code is appearing on service to Guadalajara and Monterrey, via Dallas.
