KLM Changes to Ecuador and Caribbean service in NW11

KLM on Wednesday 23FEB11 adjusted planned service changes to Caribbean and South America for 2011/12 Northern Winter season. The Skyteam member earlier this month announced few changes that strengthens operation in the region.

Details:

Ecuador
Service to operate Amsterdam – Quito – Guayaquil – Amsterdam. The flight no longer operates via Bonaire. With the change, service operates Boeing 777-300ER 3 times a week instead of 5 weekly MD11

Aruba Service increase from 2 weekly to 5 weekly, MD11 replace Boeing 747-400 (inbound via Bonaire)
Bonaire Service Operates Daily. Service from Amsterdam operates via Aruba 5 times a week and Bonaire twice weekly
Curacao Service increase from 7 to 10 weekly
St. Maarten All 3 weekly operates with 747-400, replace 747-400/MD11 mix
