Air Algerie on 05FEB12 has launched twice weekly service on Algiers – Alicante route, which was previously operated by Spanair.

Air Algerie to start Beijing from 22FEB09

Air Algerie has started the ticket sales for the new Algiers – Beijing 2 weekly service, as it is appearing on Amadeus and the airline’s inventory. Its first destination to Far-east Asia begins 22FEB09 with A330.

Air Algerie’s Oran – Jeddah route will be operating once again starting 01FEB09.

Service operates twice a week with Boeing 737-800

Air Algerie 2 weekly to Beijing from 22FEB09

Additional details for Air Algerie’s planned Algiers – Beijing route has been surfaced.

Chinese state media Xinhua News correspondent in Algiers filed a report that Air Algerie is launching 2 weekly service from 22FEB09 with A330.

Service operates from Algiers on Day 47 and from Beijing on Day 15. It also plans to operate service to Shanghai in the long-term

No detailed schedule has been announced so far.

Air Algerie looks at 3 new destinations

Algerian Press Agency APS on 05NOV08 issued a report that Air Algerie is to launch 2 weekly Algier – Beijing with A330 aircraft from Feb 2009.

News website, El Khabar, which quoted the report, on 09NOV08 also reports that the airline is looking at service to Tehran and New York

All 3 new routes’ schedule is not available for the time being
