Alitalia Further Postpones Riyadh Service Launch till mid-September 2012

As per 05APR12 GDS timetable and inventory display, Alitalia has postponed planned service launch on Rome – Riyadh route for the second time, which the new launch date is now scheduled from 18SEP12. It is still planning to operate 4 weekly flights.

In March 2012, Alitalia postponed Riyadh service launch from 01JUN12 to 01JUL12.

Alitalia to Increase Tripoli Service from July 2012

Alitalia starting 01JUL12 is adjusting its Rome – Tripoli operation, where it’ll increase service from Daily to 12 weekly. At the same time, the airline will be using Embraer E175 aircraft (by Alitalia CityLiner) instead of A319 on this route. The new flight operates at night-time from Rome, morning from Tripoli.
