China Southern Opens Reservation for new London Service due June 2012

As per 10FEB12 GDS inventory display, China Southern since Thursday (09FEB12) has opened reservation for its 3 weekly Guangzhou – London Heathrow service, due to start from 06JUN12.
The Skyteam member loaded the flight information on 16DEC11, however it did not open reservation until yesterday.

Correction: KLM Remains on Schedule to Start Luanda Service from 27MAR12

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has notified this site regarding earlier post on Amsterdam – Luanda operation. The Skyteam member is moving operational day from Amsterdam from Day 24 to Day 35, Luanda from Day 35 to Day 36. Earlier on Thursday 09FEB12, this site reported that KLM is postponing this flight as reservation was closed for entire Summer season.
The flight is still scheduled to be launched from 27MAR12. Note Day 5 from AMS and Day 6 from LAD is now appearing in the system as of 0900GMT 10FEB12, along with Day 2/3.

Korean Air to Operate Nonstop Cairo Service from late-Sep 2012

On 08FEB12, this website reported latest changes to Korean Air’s Summer 2012 operation changes.
For Cairo entry, it was stated that the 3 weekly service (Seoul Incheon – Tashkent – Cairo) is to be cancelled from 25MAR12. As per 09FEB12 GDS Inventory and timetable display, Cairo service is to be resumed from 24SEP12 as NONSTOP flight, on board Airbus A330-200 aircraft twice weekly.
Reservation on/after 24SEP12 is now open.

China Eastern starting 19APR12 is expanding service within the Yunnan Province in China. In the statement issued to travel agents, the airline will launch 5 new routes, which will begin reservation from 10FEB12.
However the airline did not mention the operating aircraft, presumably they’re operated by mostly CRJ200 or Boeing 737.
