THAI Smile Plans 5th Daily Bangkok – Krabi Service in W12
Update at 0720GMT 01MAY12
As of 01MAY12, Sabre’s timetable listing is showing THAI Smile planning to add 5th daily service on Bangkok – Krabi route. The new flight operates during night-time. The new subsidiary of THAI is currently planning to operate this route as its 2nd route from 16AUG12 with 4 daily flights, although reservation remains not open.

THAI Smile Update 4: Revised Operational Plan as of 09APR12
2nd Update at 0750GMT 18APR12
Based on Sabre’s timetable listing as of 09APR12, THAI Smile has re-scheduled its inaugural flight, which is now scheduled on 07JUL12. Further, revised schedule now sees the airline will focus on domestic routes within Thailand, instead of flying intra-asia service at early stage.
On 18APR12, the airline opened reservation for Macau service. Reservation for other routes will be opened in the coming weeks.

THAI Smile Update 2: Flight Number Changes

As per 24FEB12 Sabre timetable listing, THAI designated new flight number range for its new regional carrier THAI Smile. THAI Smile’s flight number range is TG700 – 799 series. (Bangkok – Seoul Incheon – Los Angeles service will move to TG692/693 as a result, starting 01MAY12).
This website on 02FEB12 first reported the carrier’s planned operation from 01JUL12.

THAI Smile to Launch Operation from July 2012: Planned A320 Operational Routes

As per 02FEB12 Sabre timetable listing, THAI’s new regional carrier THAI Smile is scheduled to launch operation from 01JUL12. THAI Smiles in 2012 is to operate 4 Airbus A320, and will gradually increase to 11 by 2015.
THAI Smile is to offer 2-class service on A320. Planned operational routes, effective dates as follows. Please note that all routes listed below are currently not yet reflected in THAI’s international reservation system nor its website for the moment.
